My Tech Guys are looking for a friendly approachable geek to Manage our team of 14 employees in the Comox Valley. Our current regional manager is moving to a different role and we are looking for a technical and interpersonal Superstar to take his place. The Successful candidate should have a strong basis in technical skills, treat people in a kind and courteous manner and be prepared to fulfill most of the following tasks:

Required Skills

  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Enthusiastic when learning new tech skills
  • Organizational abilities
  • Solid Management Experience
  • General Windows Knowledge
  • General Mac OS X Knowledge
  • Tier 1 Computer Troubleshooting skills
  • Full Drivers Licence

Desired Skills:

  • Quickbooks experience
  • Experience managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue
  • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
  • 3 Years+ Management Experience
  • Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
  • Experience with Small Business such as payroll, marketing, and community relations
  • A keen and deliberate troubleshooting methodology

Our client base is diverse but is primarily made up of PC users (60%) as well as Mac users (40%).  Our Comox Valley customers are about 50% iPhone and 50% Android with a few Blackberry and Windows phone users. We provide a premium service for our customers, and as such you must be able to provide excellent value.

The successful applicant must be able to multi-task, problem-solve, lead by example, give estimates, provide excellent customer service and be a team player.  We have a very fast paced environment requiring a person able to keep up while having great attention to detail.
