My tech Guys Inc., the Comox Valleys newest computer store and service company, is now offering remote support for customers.

This new service compliments the already popular in home, in office, and in store service and builds on the convenient support My Tech Guys Inc. already offer.  Due to the demand for their services My Tech Guys Inc. were forced to find a convenient way to control customer computers to fix simpler issues they are having.  This also allows technicians to support customers in Tofino, Ucluelet, Victoria, Salmon Arm, Vancouver, Toronto, Nanaimo, Campbell River or anywhere else they have an internet connection - including South Africa.

 All that is required by the customer is that they have a working internet connection.  Once they get to the My Tech Guys Inc. website (www.mytechguys.ca), the customer clicks on the remote Service link and follows the instructions.  Within 2 minutes the customer can have a technician fixing their problem.
