The first step in getting remote support is to first call My tech Guys Inc. @ Comox 890-1065 or @ Courtenay 250-338-4411 so that a technician can diagnose the problem and confirm that remote support is the best option.  For non warranty calls, a credit card number is required and a minimum charge of $45 will be billed.  Remote support is $45 per half hour.
