Some Handy Short Cut Commands Print E-mail

In today's world a computer is used for many reasons; running your business, social media, writing emails to family, working on school essays and so, so much more. The computer is a great tool to get all this work done, and we thought we would show you some great tips to help make this work faster and more efficient.

The keyboard is the main tool we use to do this work, and by learning some quick effective shortcut commands this can increase your productivity tenfold and reduce Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

Windows

Alt+Tab

Switch between open items

Ctrl+(+) or Ctrl+(-)

Will increase or decrease text size

Ctrl+C

Copy the selected item

Ctrl+V

Paste the selected item

Windows logo key +D

Display the desktop

Windows logo key +Left Arrow

Maximize the window to the left side of the screen

Shift-Command-A

Open the Applications folder

Command-E

Eject

Command-I

Get Info

Command-M

Minimize window

Command-C

Copy selected item/text to the Clipboard

Command-V

Paste
