Slow computers can be caused by many factors.

 In our experience a slow compouter can be caused by bloated software (such as Norton) than can bring a computer to its knees. By switching to more effective and effeicient software such as AVG and Spybot you can increase the speed of you computer by about 10 - 200%.

 If your computer has been infested with viruses and spyware this can really slow you down.  Using programs like AVG, Spybot, WIndows Defender, and CCleaner can help keep your computer running as fast as possible.

Lastly, hardware problems can cause a slow computer.  If you're lucky a quick RAM upgrade can get you sped up in a flash.  In the case of older computers, slowing down can be an indication of a failing hard drive. Luckily we can back up your drive, cloning all its data, and restore it to a new drive that we install.  All drives we install come with a 5 year warranty.
